Endowed with very pleasant personality and never ending spirit, Mr Lakhen Patel ‘Azad’ is the Co-Founder & Mentor of Azad P3 Academy. 13+ Year Experience, expert in multiple subjects, social values and leadership quality make him a strong pillar of academy. Mr. Patel is very much inspired with thoughts and life style of brave freedom fighter Shaheed Chandrashekhar Azad. He always believes in ideological independence and Indian culture. He always dreamt to create a platform that not only facilitates deep and accurate education quality but also emphasis to induce social, moral and ethical education to the students. Strong determination and long effort make it possible and today Azad P3 Academy is one of the best academy for UPSC, MPPSC, MPSI and other competitive examination preparation in central India.

Mr. lakhan patel hails from a very small village Jetpur in Narshingpur District. After completing his primary and high school education from Hindi medium government school, he did BA(Arts)from government college. After completing his high school, he wish to prepare for public service commission examinations, but due to lack of guidance and poor quality education, he came to Indore and started his post graduation from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. After completing his MA (History) with 1st division he started LLB, and completed his LLB in the year 2010.

His continuous quench of knowledge and attachment to studies, made him prepared for NET by self and, he cleared NET in very first attempt. Mr. Patel also cleared SET in one attempt. At present he is doing PhD form DAVV. Mr. Patel expertise in the field of History, economics, Ethics and Politics

Mr. Patel strongly believes in philosophy that "Believe in Yourself and You will be Unstoppable". Mr. Patel quit his Assistant Professor job in a reputed Govt. college just to provide a platform and equal studying opportunities to other students who aspires to do something great in life. It is due to his sheer determination and belief he achieved such a great height in his life and the foundation of Azad P3 Academy.
