Dr. Mahendra Patidar is Co-Founder and Mentor with expertise in Hindi Literature Essay Writing, Political Science, Economics, and Computer Education. He has 15 Years of experience in the field of teaching. He has done his graduation and post graduation in field of Arts and also received graduation and post graduation [B. Ed & M.Ed.] in field of Education from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. He has cleared 3 times NET examination and offered Junior Research Fellowship from Government of India and awarded with stipend. Dr. Patidar researched in the field of improvement of education system and teaching skills and received his doctorate under the supervision of Dr. Archana Dubey (Ex-Dean-Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. During his educational career, he realizes lack of guidance for Hindi Medium students and Mentorship. Dr. Patidar strengthens the quality education and proper guidance is not in reach of every child who dreams to be part of administrative and civil services. Since, he is constantly working for the betterment of this problem and proving mentorship to aspirants of administrative and civil service.

He believes that Education should never be the sole domain of those who have financial capacity and thus he determines to provide a platform which is in reach and affordable to everyone who strive to achieve great height in life.

He is a great admirer and follower of Chanakya and Swami Vivekanad. He strongly believes in a philosophy that " to live for other is life"and thus he wants to dedicate his entire life towards nations building. He believes that apart from holding a mere academic degree, a student should also enhance his personal skills and calibre which are utilised more in shaping an individual's career and life and thus he dream of building such an intitute that not only provide subjective knowlegde but also works on personality development of students and to inculcate the value of moral and intigrity in them so that they become able and efficient civil servants who strives to create a better society.
